Job Description

Assist in designing brand identities, marketing collateral, website UI elements, and social media creatives.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring ideas and brand stories to life.
Work on real projects for startups, D2C brands, and global clients across various industries.
Help create design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable component libraries.
Take feedback with enthusiasm and iterate on designs to deliver polished outcomes.
Ensure visual consistency across web, print, and digital touchpoints.

Where You’ll Be

This is a remote-first role. You’ll work from wherever you’re most productive, with occasional team meetups and virtual design jams. Preferably based in India for timezone alignment.

Experience We Need

A student or recent graduate in design or a related field, with 0–1 year of hands-on experience (freelance or college projects count!).
Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva — bonus if you’ve dabbled in motion design tools like After Effects.
Portfolio (even if student work) that shows your skills in branding, layout design, or digital creatives.
A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a love for clean, bold, minimal designs.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a collaborative, often remote setup.
Understanding of basic design principles like color, typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
