Job description
We are seeking a Mobile Back-End intern to configure and manage the cloud infrastructure for our mobile applications. You will leverage Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms to handle data, authentication, and storage without a traditional server.
Responsibilities
You will set up, secure, and manage our Firebase backend. This includes configuring Firebase Authentication for user logins, designing Firestore database schemas, and writing security rules to protect user data and manage file uploads to Firebase Storage.
Basic Level Requirements
Basic understanding of cloud databases. You will use Firebase services like Firestore to perform simple data reads/writes for a single user and use Firebase Auth for basic email/password login. The focus is on using the services.
Mid-Level Requirements
Deeper experience with Firebase. You will design complex Firestore schemas, write advanced Security Rules to protect data, and use Cloud Functions to run backend code. You’ll also manage file uploads to Firebase Storage.
