Job Description

Assist in designing clean, modern user interfaces for websites, web apps, and e-commerce platforms.
Support user research efforts, help define user flows, and contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and responsively.
Join client meetings (when needed) to better understand project goals and translate feedback into intuitive designs.
Help maintain and improve our internal design systems and reusable components.
Contribute to usability testing and recommend improvements based on insights.

Where You’ll Be

This is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere, with optional in-person meet-ups in Delhi NCR. We align via Slack, Notion, Figma, and the occasional coffee Zoom call.

Experience We Need

A student or recent graduate in Design, HCI, or a related field with a passion for digital experiences.
Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar design software.
Understanding of the basics of responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
Have a portfolio (or in-progress work) showcasing web or app UI designs — even personal or academic projects count!
A clear communicator who enjoys teamwork and is open to feedback.
